connectHandler in Linux not implemented #256

connectHandler no longer appears to be implemented in linux.

I cannot find where connectHandler is called when a device changes state after the rewrite to remove the go-bluetooth dependency.

I've been trying to implement a fix myself but I'm a complete noob when it comes to dbus communication.
