Overview

This feature was ostensibly added, and the conversion has worked in the past. That is, when an OWL is converted, the result is a CodeSystem JSON and several ConceptMap JSONs. However, the last time I converted mondo.owl, an empty SSSOM TSV was created, resulting in no ConceptMaps. If this bug is fixed, it is possible that this feature can be marked complete.
