segmentation fault on Apple M1 #223

I am running Python 3.9 on Apple M1. At the beginning of a script -

from facenet_pytorch import MTCNN
import torch

device = torch.device('mps')
mtcnn = MTCNN(device=device)

led to [1] 43673 segmentation fault from mtcnn = MTCNN(device=device)
