[ISSUE] CounterMovementJump and CharacterTrajectories datasets #109

On timeseriesclassification.com:

CounterMovementJump HAR dataset does not include any .ts files;
CharacterTrajectories MOTION dataset does not have _eq_TRAIN & _eq_TEST files for classifiers sensitive to unequal length series.
