Submissions gives me an error to contact Administrator

I wasn't sure the best way to contact you but I'm unable to submit a new radar. The error I receive is:
'A server error occurred. Please contact the administrator.'

I know it's over 2 years later, but this is happening for me right now as well. Are server errors monitored in any way?
