Disable update notice page auto-opening

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After every update Update Notice page is opened. This is uncommon practice for extensions and quite intrusive.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to disable auto-opening Update Notice page. Or don't open it at all without any options.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Disabling an extension is the only other alternative I see, but it's not really a solution :)
