4.3.0 When removing and adding annotations with clustering the counts do not clear

If you add and remove the same set of annotations over and over again the cluster count always adds, (100+, 200+, 500+, and so forth) even though there are no more annotations then we started with, the counts only go up, the don't reflect the actual count when using removeAnnotations and removeAllAnnotations
