RetroArch version: 1.19.1 (same results in 1.19.0)
Core version: v0.24.2
Tested on: Windows 10 and Android

Hello, I have tried the FX-exclusive games on the Ardens libretro core and none of them seem to be functioning properly. Here are the results:

  • ArduGolf: Reaches title screen but can't input anything, only the text and volume icon at the right end up rendering. It has no sound.
  • Manic Miner: Can display the Arduboy boot screen, the smBIT presents screen and the level select screen but nothing appears at the top of the screen, only the options can be seen and changed but they have no effect as whenever you start a level a black screen appears and you can get out of it using B. If you press up in that screen you can toggle a "C" letter of sorts. No sound here either.
  • Prince of Arabia (all versions): Ends up in a black screen where if you press any button, a quiet(ish) buzzing sound can be heard (the sound may vary slightly depending on what button you press, but only one can be played without restarting the game).
  • Shadows and Eternity (1.25 as I do not have any other version): Can display the aformentioned Arduboy boot screen, then goes on to a black screen. After waiting for a bit a white bar can be seen at the bottom of the screen and can be moved using the left and right buttons. It crashes RetroArch whenever A is pressed. Nothing happens when using the other buttons. Nope, no sound at all.

The core does not indicate at all if the Arduboy FX games are supported or not. I have not tested any FX-enhanced games but I assume they'll work in normal Arduboy mode. I would love to have Arduboy FX games working on RetroArch and if possible adding an option to switch between Arduboy FX mode and normal Arduboy mode (for FX-ennhanced games).
