Export and import email filters from one thunderbird to another

Hi, is it possible with this extension to export and import thunderbird filters from one computer to another?

The simple answer is no and yes ;-}
There is no way to directly export and import filters.
If your filters are complex enough that it's worth some effort you could do a mail backup and manually copy the filters from that.
