Describe the bug
It's not visible on the Hokkaido destination. Might linked to that location LOCATION_HOKKAIDO_MAMUSHI (or LOCATION_HOKKAIDO_SHIM_MAMUSHI) missing in early versions.

Its escalations will not be deployed, too.
