Same as the kraken workflow, just with centrifuge instead.

Bonus points for adding the non-redundant ncbi database to our public repo:
https://genome-idx.s3.amazonaws.com/centrifuge/nt_2018_3_3.tar.gz

This workflow would remove the need to run separate jobs for detection of C. auris and bacterial contamination.
