This is working rather inconsistently - it seems happy to work for the 1000 genomes data but not for the Polynesians.

The user ids did not exist in the file but I will change it so galaxy returns a helpful error.

Awesomeness. Thanks! I was just trusting that the excel document that I was given with sample numbers in was actually legit. But clearly not -grrr!
