MariaDB/MySQL can't write to /tmp

Describe the bug
TGS version 5.5(latest as of this writing) fails to start up. A DB backup has been imported & one instance's GameStaticFiles have been copied over. The remainder(empty codemodifications & EventScripts) were NOT migrated. The initial startup just throws this error, indicating that mysql is trying to write to /tmp/, which it does not have permission for(permissions are rwxr-xr-x)

This happens with both the appsettings.yml from the old server & a newly created one

The probable solution is to give MariaDB the permissions it needs to write to /tmp.

Yeah, I just made /tmp mode 777, but that felt like a hack.

/tmp is supposed to be 777 I don't know why it wouldn't be

You're right, weird, I didn't do anything to change this, and this server is quite new. The only thing I can find is this rsync dbdump2.sql bubnew:/tmp/ where bubnew was that machine. Anyways thanks a bunch!
