Sidebar causing Visual Hijinx

Basically in the whole Update BYOND screen, when you open up the sidebar, all of the buttons smush together as highlighted in the red box. would be optimal if those two shifted over like the rest of the panel rather than intrude on each other. they look fine when the sidebar isn't expanded though

It also causes the whole window to over-run at times, see this as a normal state without the sidebar:

And then when teh sidebar is toggled, it over-runs like so:

This also happens 100% of the time if you have "always expand sidebar" set. pretty silly
