In elasticsearch_index_selector it should be possible to omit the index option #132

The index gets set to '' by default, which then hits this test and jobs get rejected:

elasticsearch-assets/asset/elasticsearch_index_selector/index.js

Lines 158 to 160 in a1de059

    
           if (val.length === 0) { 
        
               throw new Error('index must not be an empty string'); 
        
           }

In cases where index_prefix is used you want to be able to omit index entirely.
