Overview

A governance amendment was passed that requires this to be implemented.

Acceptance criteria

  • Delphioracle updated to maintain a trailing 7-14 day average (confirm from governance amendment how many day average to use)
  • System contract updated to calculate BP pay based on the averages collected in the oracle contract
  • Upper and lower bounds are strictly enforced irrelevant of price

Technical considerations

Telos Global developers have done some of this work already and there are pull requests ending as well. They should be considered but we do need to review them and make sure we do it correctly.
