NO EPG data even if tvg-id matched #270
Comments
Channels DVR isn't something that's supported; I'm not surprised there are various problems. On the plex problem; do you have ffmpeg enabled in the config? If not, telly ust redirects Plex to the provider and isn't involved after that. I don';t understand what the title of this issue has to do with either of those problems. I'd suggest taking this to the Discord. |
Developers never understand title of the issue that's why software is so
choppy.
Title of the issue is very important because you clearly stated in the docs
that epg guide tv-id must match whatever tv-id is in m3u file.
and yes I have ffmpeg enabled option and Plex still works as shit.
Another Discord room? Thanks but no,people there obviously will not going
to solve the problems.
Nevermind then, with 1.5 version is nowhere near to be finished in my
lifetime, I deleted telly and the docker.

Just trying to help. Sorry my volunteer efforts on a Saturday afternoon don't meet your standards. |
BTW, I suggested Discord because it's easier for this sort of back-and-forth. I would have been the one to reply there, and I feel like my history there demonstrates an extreme willingness to help. But, to each their own. |
version 1.1
Tried on Channels DVR - no luck, channels not allow to force xmltv load for telly, even if epg is loded in docker properly.
Tried on Plex - guide can be matched but Plex server itself making playing content choppy, so no way to record either
