Using multiple time the same machine overwrites the NIC order

when using --cluster roleA=machine,nic=0 roleB=machine,nic=1 only the nic 1 will be used for both roles, as there is a single instance of each machine. However for some use cases this could be useful to use one role or the other according to the type of test.
