It seems like BLErry project is needed in many cases:
arendst/Tasmota#20041 (reply in thread)

Still, there is no single reference of it in the docs.
I think the project should be mentioned somewhere in the BLE section.

Blerry is not part of Tasmota but a project of a user

However may be adding a link/reference in the Bluetooth page would be good
