Create a React component that displays information about a System.

This component should be able to be displayed within a Modal or as a child component for other UI
A form should be used to display information about a the component
This component may need to be reusable to support both creating, viewing and updating a system
not all fields are editable on an existing component
Provide some validation if form fields are used
