The total number of items stored for a feed should be configurable.

Would great can configure max items per feed, because some feed have more than 20 item eache day i can see it, so some item dont show in digest.

You may probably need to make checking this feed more frequent. Digest itself does not have a limit of items fetched in a single try, but the server may provide only the latest 20 or so.
