Not showing up On Package Control: Install Package #33

Like title says, it is not showing up when searched for on Package Control. Mac with everything up to date. Running ST3.

Work around:

Cmd+Shift+P
"Package Control: Advanced Package Install"
"Ruby on Rails snippets"
Hit enter and it will install.
