Per @jklgrasso, the Emdoor-manufactured Pangolins have a reset button on the motherboard just next to the DC-in jack, which can be seen in their internal overview photos.
The support & RMA teams would prefer we instruct customers to use this button when resetting the CMOS, rather than having them open the machine up to access the power button on the top of the machine, because opening the lid with the bottom panel off can cause damage to the C panel if done too roughly (since some of the bottom panel screws double as additional hinge screws).
