Extend metrics module API #4

The current API contains endpoints to get all metrics of a specific type. These endpoints are:

gauges
counters
histograms
meters
timers

However, it would be useful to have endpoints to get a single metric of a specific type. So the API should be extended with the following endpoints:

getGauge
getCounter
getHistogram
getMeter
getTimer

These endpoints return a JsonObject containing the values of the corresponding metric.
