Missing information about when workgroups meet + public notes

The website needs information about when each workgroup meets and how to get a link to join the meeting, e.g. send this group on the forums a message and ask.

In addition, we should list a link to their public notes, if applicable to the group, near the same location.

Actions for contributors interested in this work:

• ask each steering group, workgroup, and core team if they have public notes and when they meet / how to get on their calendar/agenda
• figure out the best place for this information to go: their charters? the community overview?
• PR in a solution to the above
