Powersupply brackets are not optimized #3

I think these brackets are not 100% compliant with ATX standards. They don't fit on one of my old PSU's.

Antec 500Watt PSU.

The holes don't line up perfectly and I can't get the screw in on one of the brackets, because the tension is to high on the part.
