Support the Approvals Add On

If the site is also using our Approvals Add On, a member that is pending approval currently shows up on the map.

We'd like to hide unapproved members from the map.

In the long run, though, we should natively support this compatibility in this this plugin (hide unapproved members from the map).

I like this idea, I think there should be a "compatibility" type of file in the Membership Maps to handle Approvals Integration and possibly others.
