At a glance, it appears the exported data did have incorrect protection values (not a single FALSE appears in the "is enclosed" column). I sent an e-mail to Meg and Kristi to confirm.

Our site requires that protected plots also be given the number of years that the plot is protected for. Kristi says that plots that were imported as protected do not have the number of years associated with them. We should check the database for these protection values.
