Ensuring same settings for analogous parameters of different methods for representative computation #36

We should check whether analogous parameters have same settings for all different methods creating representative spectra (e.g., bin width, mass error) and all search engines (mass error tolerance). Otherwise results of different methods will be not comparable.

Hi @miantur

I agree with trying to find comparable parameters for the consensus generating tools (ie. the clustering tools).

For the search engines I don't think it's completely necessary since the comparison is not between the search engines. It would also be very interesting to see that a specific consensus building approach works better with a specific search engine.
