cdn.statically.io return cloudflare.staticallydns.com.
But depending on the region(and ISP), Fastly is faster.

In South, Korea.
KT(Korea Telecom), No. 1 in market share.
TTFB Fastly vs CloudFlare
Regardless of the file size, the difference is about 4 times.

No. 2, 3 in market share
CF is faster 1~2 times

In the past, it was connected to a fast CDN when applied automatically.

This applies even when the file size is large.

Suggestion 2

Can't respond by changing the header to text/plain? (if not authorized and text/html header found.)
I don't use html, but I think something like this will work
