Add an option to allow all mobs through stargates regardless of limiting factors like leashs, mounts, vehicles.

Use Case

We tried to build a "Wither Skeleton Farm" based on this guide from ianxofour which transports wither skeletons via a double nether portal setup. We did ask ourselves if we could just build this with just two stargates and sent the wither skeletons directly to the farm spot without the detour through the overworld.

Proposed Solution

Add an additional configuration option like handleLeashedCreatures for example handleAllCreatures which enables stargates to transport all creatures to teleport via a stargate.
Alternatively, it could also be enabled with a tag on a "per portal" basis like always on, etc.
