Resizing columns does not trigger save event

User must perform some other input event for column sizes to be persisted

I had a go at a PR for this, but it really doesn't seem that easy, as there is no "Event" from Kendo. I think we need to raise a change request with Kendo to emit that event.

I could do it, but I am not a "customer" of Kendo. I guess StandardNotes are paying customers? Would you have better luck raising a change request?
