Created PR #157 for this. The tooltip follows the mouse pointer.
Please review.
I feel few more enhancements can be made for tooltip - can move it to appear on the left if it exceeds the flamegraph border (if the mouse pointer is at extreme right).
I will try to add that shortly. Please share your thoughts.
