The whole section about project roles accountability, career ladders, and SF's expectations about the workforce is too outdated and needs to be expanded.

HR, Ops, and team representatives are currently working on that. Part of the proposals will be persisted on a branch here because it's an evolution over the current definition of roles and careers. The PR will probably be huge and will stay in the workings for some weeks now.
