PyFITS is now part of astropy, as astropy.io.fits.

It's used in two files: tests/tests_new/pdkrun_test_data/regtest/fitsfail.xml and tests/tests_new/pdkrun_test_data/regtest/2.xml

From what I can see, it should be a simple rename job - no API changes.
