I'm very sorry for asking this as its probably very simple but I spend my entire day googling through various stackexchange questions and other websites. I am unsure if I should download my data in ITRF2000 or WGS84 as both are provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Gov.

I was wondering what coordinate system the shapefiles use?
