@vsoch received a number of packages for CredCon which aren't included in the initiatives yet.

Discussed during the 4/30/20 team call-- we're going to make a new initiative for "CredCon supplies", which will be depended on by CredCon, and will have as contributions:

  • @LexBirdie choosing/ordering supplies
  • @vsoch receiving and holding onto them for us
  • @protocol for providing the funding (or this might be listed as a "dependency", tbd)

Just want to add, "will have" / "are going to" is stronger than I would say :]
This is the suggested approach that came out of the meeting and seemed reasonable there.

To keep the ball rolling on making sure we recognize these contributions, we've asked @decentralion and @LexBirdie to create a PR using that approach, because they have a lot of context on this.

When ready the PR will be open to review.
And should people miss the review, there's always room to raise concerns afterwards (info at #29).
