Define Custom Header name for table instead of ViewModel or Model name from query #47

Would be great to be able to immediately define custom column names instead of sticking with the name of the fields from the model or viewmodel.

@Html.SortableHeaderFor(model => model.Name, Some Paramters, " CUSTOM COLUMN NAME ")
