Project deletion emails - unclear why receiving as manager #664

I am receiving emails about the deletion of projects - I know management users get an email to go and make the deletion, but I don't think managers need to get the other two:

  • Project deletion approved
  • Project deletion notification
    they should just go to the organizations involved in the project
