Organization Name to be added to the project details

many partners are reporting, and even we click on the project details, management users can't identify which organization has updated the project. we need this urgently.

This sounds like a 'last updated by' field is needed on the project profiles giving the updating organisation. We should also add the date it was updated given we already have that information.
