Improve portability, serve files files from memory.
This version does no longer perform any modifications to the local file system.

Tried to improve portability as well...

Please test on non-Windows platforms. If it doesn't work:

• Stop Emby
• Delete (or move) logfiles
• Start Emby (with the latest version in the plugins folder)
• Wait 20s
• Post (or send me) the logfile documenting the server startup process
