You missed important test cases Cnj and Dsj with have as argument a list of variable length (inclusive the empty list)

newRandomForms :: Int -> IO [Form]
newRandomForms s = do
  f1 <- newRandomForm (s)
  f2 <- newRandomForm (s)
return [f1, f2]
