[Suggestion] [Mobile View] Add a room title bar for room name and userslist/usercount.

On mobile view, the usercount/userlist button kinda looks odd and it also sometimes hide half of the top message in chat logs.
I think adding a separate title bar and starting the room chat logs from below it might look better.

It also includes the fix for the issue #2204

the title bar design (color,margin,border etc) could be better, its just a rough design.

Phones have gotten so big these days. We already have a mobile view that shows it, but I guess we should be using it at greater widths...
