A csv file in this repository does not seem like the most appropriate location for compiling known fish habitat in BC.

My preference would be to pull from FISS/PSE/CWF sources vs maintaining this data here.

As noted in #521, bcfishpass should generally pull from the best sources to generate modelling rather than be a source itself.

Also:

as per process FISS observed spawning on each model run? #477, should we be continuously be updating this layer via observation data?
as per include reviewer_name, source, notes in known/observed habitat view #476, habitat view/layer should note all sources when multiple sources are cited
