Currently streams_vw has boolean spawning rearing columns, and boolean columns for known/observed/user spawning/rearing.
Rather than the separate column for noting if the habitat is known/observed, it seems better to combine into per spp spawning_<sp>, rearing_<spp> columns with values OBSERVED and MODELLED (or INFERRED, just for consistency across model outputs)
