[Feature Request] Remember previous torrents

In the spirit of respectful torrenting, I would like to seed back all of my torrents to at least a 1 ratio, yet when I leave the client, all of my previous torrents are gone which is a little annoying if I accidentally left the client while downloading or while seeding since I would need to find the same magnet url.

A lit off topic, but just an idea I wanted to slip in was the idea of a server-client model, where mabel will be its own server and client on any local computer, but if someone wants they can run a mabel server somewhere else and connect up using the client. This would be a really nice feature to have as one could seed some torrents without having the client open. This is most likely out of the scope of the project and will likely not be implemented for a long time, but I'm throwing this idea out there anyways because I want to hear your thoughts.

Second this, I opted for Mabel over your usual torrent clients (BitTorrent, UTorrent etc...);
However it's quite annoying when I quit the session that I have to repopulate my seed list.
Loving the rest of it however, great work.
