Manual monoisotope shift for EE relations

I'd like to enable manual shifting of aggregate mass in units of a single monoisotope. For example, when we see an ET peak at 14.9999 Da, we know that should be 15.9999. We can then shift all the Es in that peak up by one monoisotope. The big consequence of doing this from ET histograms is that the number of satellite peaks in EE plots should go way down. We can also think about a way to do this from the EE plot where we shift up or down whichever partner is not well connected to a theoretical.

We've resolved this for ET, but we could still consider enabling manual monoisotopic shifts for EE.
