"Actions" do not stay unchecked when page is refreshed

When testing a form, from the Quick Edit menu I'll uncheck the mailer so the recipients don't get emails of 'test1,' 'test2,' etc. In Plone 5, when the checkbox for the mailer is unchecked, it doesn't stay unchecked. After unchecking and refreshing the page or navigating to View or another page, upon return to "Quick Edit," the box is checked.
