Synchronize TwoSlash hovering in the presenter and play views

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When trying to use the TwoSlash feature to show information about a piece of code, it is necessary to move the mouse to the play view, and it cannot be done from the presenter view.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make it such that when hovering TwoSlash-enabled code, the infobox shows up on the views.

Very rough and hacky patch that had some success at doing something similar: #1987 (comment)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Screen mirroring has been added recently (#1987) but has some trade offs. See #1987 (comment)
