Where should the global configuration file tasks.ini be located ? I put it at '~/.vim/tasks.ini' but it didn't work, and return 'Not a editor command ： Asynctask file-build'. Besides, my platform is WIndows 10 . It works perfectly on Linux.

it appears that asynctasks was not properly installed on Windows.
